WiFi, parking in front of the house, heating, water, electricity, bed linen, table linen, towels, cot & High chair (on request) and bread roll service (bread rolls have to be paid for).

– Prices per day and apartment
– Prices including statutory taxes and excluding local taxes
– Local tax: adults – per night (children up to 15 years exempt from local tax)
– Surcharges/discounts for short or long-term stays possible

Cancellation policy:
A right of withdrawal from distance contracts does not apply in accordance with §18 Paragraph 1 Z. 10 FAGG, the following cancellation conditions apply:
– Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival
– From 4-2 weeks before arrival 40% of the arrangement price
– From 2-1 weeks before arrival 70% of the arrangement price
– In the last few weeks or in the event of no-show, 90% of the package price
Travel cancellation insurance:
After successful booking, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with our partner “Europäische Reiseversicherung.
